Do you ship to Canada/other countries?
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Can I get my tracking number or has my order gone out yet?
You will receive an email notification including a tracking number once your order ships. If you do not receive your tracking number please contact us (link to contact page) to request your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?
Please be advised that we strive to ship orders rapidly and cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. If your order has not shipped we will gladly cancel it for you. If it has shipped you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the product cost.
Can I change my order to a different color/model etc?
Again we strive to ship orders rapidly, so please confirm that you are ordering the correct item before completing your order. If your order has not shipped we will gladly change it for you, otherwise you may return it for a refund or exchange.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged we will gladly provide you with a return shipping label. In all other cases you are required to pay return shipping.
When will I receive a refund?
Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days of us receiving your return.
My tracking number shows item delivered but I haven’t received anything yet, where is my order?
