RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Ti Style purchase or gift for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

• Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging. Used items that are returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If your return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and ALL shipping charges will be refunded
• If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened we will refund the full cost of the merchandise, less shipping charges. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
• We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders received later than 30 days from purchase.
